A huge thank you to the ladies of the Working Women’s Committee of TWU Local 501 who celebrated Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a fundraiser for SHAREing & CAREing.

JoAnn Rota, chair of Local 501 committee sent us a very generous check of $1000 from the breast cancer awareness event they had at American Airlines, an event they also ran in our honor last year.

“We like to kick off October with a fundraiser and since hearing about your organization from many coworkers we decided to give all proceeds we collect to [SHAREing & CAREing],” explained Rota. “Thank you for all you do.”
