We’re honored to have been featured in the Queens Gazette on June 11, 2014, for the 21st annual Bikers Against Breast Cancer ride, which raised an incredible $17,912 for SHAREing & CAREing!
More than 200 bikers rode from Long Island City to Forest Park in Queens to show their support, with NYC Harley Owners Group Director and President Joe Sessa organizing the event and Peter Vallone Jr. serving as Grand Marshal for the fourth year in a row. This community-driven fundraiser is one of the largest and most spirited we’ve been lucky to be a part of.
A huge thank you to all the riders, supporters, and organizers who made this event such a success—and to the Queens Gazette for highlighting our mission to support cancer patients and their families across Queens.
Featured in the article: Assemblymember Aravella Simotas, RN KellyAnn Tobin, and many local advocates who make this work possible.
