Giving Day Donation
Giving Hands. Giving Hope.
Giving Day • February 4
For over 30 years, SHAREing & CAREing has shown up with open hands and open hearts for individuals and families across New York City facing cancer. Giving Day is an opportunity to help us continue providing free, compassionate, and culturally responsive care to those who need it most.
Your donation supports community-based cancer education, screenings, patient navigation, and survivor-led support services for people who might otherwise face cancer alone. Every gift helps ensure our programs remain accessible, dignified, and free of charge.
Your Giving Hands Support:
- Free and low-cost mammography and cancer screenings
- Patient navigation and assistance in understanding insurance coverage
- Free and low-cost transportation to treatment
- Hair loss accessories and breast cancer products
- Support groups and long-term survivorship programs
- Culturally sensitive, bilingual care led by cancer survivors
SHAREing & CAREing is a community-based nonprofit led by survivors and first-generation Americans who understand the cultural, emotional, and practical challenges of a cancer diagnosis. We partner with local physicians, hospitals, and community leaders to ensure no one in NYC faces cancer alone.
When you give, your hands reach farther than we ever could alone.
Join us this Giving Day and help ensure care, compassion, and support remain available for every neighbor who needs it.
All services are provided at no cost to the people we serve.
SHAREing & CAREing is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
