We gain strength and hope when we face this in community. Meeting on a regular basis also helps us build some structure as we shelter-in-place without many of our usual daily frameworks and supports. Each session includes a guided meditation especially created to help us find balance and beauty during this challenging\, uncertain time. \n\n\n\nOur Virtual Meetings\n\n\n\nPLEASE NOTE: Registration will close after 9am on the day of the event. To keep the bond and sense of safety for this therapeutic group\, participants will not be able to enter the group later than 10 minutes after the start of the meeting.  \n\n\n\nOnce you register\, our Program Manager will review your registration\, approve it\, and then after connecting with you\, we will send you the Zoom link. Even if Zoom and participating in a group online is new and unfamiliar\, don’t hesitate to reach out if you are interested in this therapeutic support group.

DESCRIPTION:SHAREing & CAREing’s survivorship support group began over twenty years ago and brings together a community of survivors ranging from newly-diagnosed to post treatment. \n\n\n\nWe will take some time to discuss anxiety\, particularly for those of us who may have faced delays in healthcare and other activities and are looking to resuming them safely. And\, as always\, we will have a chance to give and receive support and acknowledge the beauty and joy that is also part of our lives. \n\n\n\nSupport group facilitated by Program Manager Merryl Reichbach\, LCSW. \n\n\n\nAbout Our Virtual Support Groups\n\n\n\nOur virtual events will meet on Zoom so we can all be together. Zoom is an online service that many of us are using now to connect with others. Some of you may be familiar with it already using it to connect with family who live at a distance. Zoom is free\, easy to download and will enable us to all connect together safely. If you have a smartphone or computer\, you can do this! \n\n\n\nEven people who were unfamiliar with this before (including me) have found it very accessible. I hope you will join our Zoom meetings. Please register below for our meeting and you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the meeting. For those of you who have not attended this meeting before because of work or other constraints\, now may be a perfect time to join us!
