ExpiredWorkshop: Stress Management

One of the greatest acts of kindness we can do for ourselves is to become aware of our stress, how it’s impacting us (and the people around us) and learn and practice some healthy and simple strategies to manage it. In this workshop, we will do just that!! We will be doing some light stretching so wear comfortable clothing.
