Our bodies have had to adapt to some new realities over the last 6 months. We don’t know what’s coming, but we do know it likely involves more time indoors. For many of us, our bodies have changed, reflecting stressors including illness, treatment, anxiety, sadness and social isolation. As a result, some of us are living in larger bodies or bodies that we feel distanced from. During this workshop, we will touch base in a compassionate and nonjudgmental way. We will explore present and future needs, develop intentions, and identify actions to help us best take care of ourselves.
