Over 10% of Americans suffer from chronic insomnia. Sleeplessness can result in ongoing fatigue, irritability, poor concentration and increased risk of serious illnesses. It can affect our relationships with our loved ones, including our children. In this workshop, we will look at some common causes of sleeplessness, including physical tension, chronic pain, stress, and anxiety. We will learn and practice some skills and strategies to help us get the peaceful rest we need.
