Over 10% of Americans suffer chronic insomnia. Sleeplessness can result in ongoing fatigue, irritability, poor concentration and increased risk of serious illnesses. In this workshop, we will look at some common causes of sleeplessness, including physical tension, chronic pain, stress, and anxiety. We will learn and practice some sleep-enhancing thoughts and behaviors to help us get the peaceful rest we need.
