ExpiredWorkshop: Friday Happy Hour Chair Stretching & Guided Meditation

Come to this class to talk about stress, how stress affects you, and things that might help. We will learn and practice meditation and stress management techniques, including stretches that you can do in a chair. Come to relieve stress, and feel more calm. All are welcome but please register!
