Back by popular demand! A chance to stretch and play and get healthy together. We will learn and practice simple stretches that feel great. You don’t need to have previous experience (or be someone who exercise regularly) to enjoy them and benefit. Participants will learn stretches you can do pretty much anywhere or anytime alone or together with others to help calm down or increase your energy.
