We will learn and practice meditation and stress management techniques, including stretches that you can do in a chair.
Because this is the second day of spring, we will focus particularly on chair stretches and guided imagery that help us shed unwanted and unnecessary stressors and let some fresh air, thoughts and wishes come blowing in! Come to relieve stress, and feel more calm, open and confident.
