Loss and grief are part of the human experience. This wellness workshop will cover the stages of grief and how the intense emotions inspired by loss can impact us all. We will discuss what is “normal” after a difficult loss and what happens when grief becomes complicated. We will look at when it may be necessary to seek additional support, including professional help, and what resources are available. Proven, effective healthy coping strategies will be provided. Participants will gain the information and the tools necessary to move from loss on to acceptance and the possibility of joy.
