Parenting can be stressful! We will learn and practice simple stretches that feel relaxing and energizing. After stretching, the presenter will lead us in a relaxing guided meditation. Come to relieve stress, and feel more calm and energized. Participants will learn stretches and simple meditation strategies you can do pretty much anywhere or anytime to help yourself calm down or increase your energy. No previous experience necessary.
