One of the greatest acts of kindness we can do for ourselves is to become aware of our stress, how it’s impacting us (and the people around us) and learn and practice some healthy and simple strategies to manage it. In this workshop, we will do just that! Increase the kindness and bring a friend! We will be doing some light stretching so wear comfortable clothing.
This program is held at the Queens Public Library and is part of an ongoing program called It’s Time For Kind. Workshop is open to all, but it’s helpful to preregister!
