Special In-House Wellness program! We will look at causes of our sleeplessness and learn how to help ourselves sleep better. Because poor sleep can be a source of stress in our lives, we will also learn and practice stress management techniques, including sleep-inducing stretches and meditation. Participants will have the opportunity to develop and integrate a simple night-time routine that can greatly improve the odds of sleeping better. This workshop is for everyone who could benefit from taking the time to think about and improve our ability to relax ourselves and rest.
