We will learn and practice meditation and stress management techniques, including stretches that you can do in a chair. Because this is Valentine’s Day and February is Healthy Heart Awareness Month, we will focus particularly on chair stretches and guided imagery that celebrate, open, stretch and heal our hardworking, ever-loving hearts. Come to relieve stress, and feel more calm, open and confident. All are welcome but please register!
